Policies

We offer a variety of bed linens and towels to accommodate every vacationing group. Order bed linens and towel sets ala carte or order a whole house package to make the process easier. All of our bed linen sets come with a fitted bottom sheet, top sheet, and pillowcases to match. All items are packaged, sealed and labeled for your convenience, then delivered to your rental home for your use and picked up after your stay.

 

PRICING: All listed prices are for the entire length of your rental. If you are staying for less than 1 week you will be charged the published weekly rate. If you are staying for more than 1 week you will be charged the published weekly rate only once. No linen items will be replaced during your stay. Any requested replacements will be billed again at the published weekly rate plus a $10 delivery charge and bed making charges if applicable.

PAYMENT: All linen and towel rentals must be paid in full at time of order. No orders will be delivered if there is an unpaid balance.

DELIVERY: We deliver directly to your rental home for a $10 delivery charge, with no minimum order size. All linens will be left in a black plastic tote(s) in the carport area near the lowest entry level door. If your rental items are not at your rental home at the time of your arrival, please call our office (252-996-0119) to check on the status. We do not offer refunds for items being delivered late (although this is rare).

BED MAKING: Bed making service is only available for whole house orders. If you are ordering ala carte, bed making service is not available. There is a $12 per bed additional charge for bed making. Top bunks, trundle beds and sofa beds are not made and not included in the bed making charge.

AFTER USE: Upon your departure, please ensure that all rented linens and towels are removed from the home and placed outside in the black plastic tote(s) in which they were delivered and left under the home. You do not need to launder any rental items after use as they will all be professionally cleaned. Please make sure you do not remove any items that belong to the house, such as blankets, pillow covers and mattress covers.

CHANGE REQUESTS: Linen change requests will be accepted up to 14 days prior to arrival at surforsoundlinens.com. Change requests within 14 days of arrival, cannot be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS: Cancellations submitted up to 14 days prior to arrival at surforsoundlinens.com will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations received within 14 days of arrival. We do not offer refunds for unused items or for any other reason including but not limited to hurricanes, storms, other weather-related events, access, and/or mandatory evacuation.

RESPONSIBILITY: All linens and towels are used at lessee’s risk. Lessee assumes all responsibility for use. All lost or damaged items will be paid for by the lessee.
